I know some figures have Bones already built in but Id like to import characters that don't have Bones aswell. I can create a Amateur(Rig) on blender with autorig but once I import to Daz and try to add t-pose it dosen't work nore is the rig inside the model where its suppose to be.

I would just like to know how to add Bones to figure in daz?

Did you get this figured out?

generally speaking, DAZ's transfer utility does so many things
access via edit>figure or object
you'll see weights in there (so the bones)
trick is you have to scale your figure so it's basically same height as base g2 and same pose
only then use transfer utility.
only imported .obj

Used this for clothes, and making own geografts, including add new unsupported bones for glutes. All worked fine.
But but never tried imported figures, nor did g2 yet.

Been a while, so may be not 100%? Can't be sure.
