Hello, is there a way to make the character or person atom to hold or grab clothing such as shirt, pants and any clothing as if the character is stripping?. For example, I just want to make a female character with both hands raise her shirt as a still pose. I do not intend to animate just create static poses. Thanks

You can use the cloth grab sphere. scale it to the size you want so the sphere overlaps the part of clothing you want to grab. then under control turn it off then back on. Then you should be able to move clothing into position. then position hand. here is an example.

Oh the clothing has to be sim enabled for this to work.

or you can just lift up your clothes with your hand =) but using the cloth grab sphere is more correct

And how to make it react only when a hand approaches it and deactivate it after removal. And is there compatibility on the timeline

I haven't tried to do this, but I think you can use collision triggers for this

I use it for screen shots. I am not sure you can animate a parent or physic link between grab sphere and say a hand that turns on and off for animating purposes . I am not saying it is a solution but you may look at mcgrubers logic bricks to see if they can be helpfull.

it can be done, you just parent the sphere to the hand, move the hand in timeline and trigger the sphere on and off at the right moments...it's kind of an art, but it does work
