Say for example I want to make a simple animation using timeline with keyframes of a woman standing with her arms by her side and lifting up each arm one at a time. Keyframe 1 would be her standing with both arms by her side. Keyframe 2 would be her raising her right arm up. However when I click the spot on the timeline to create the next keyframe, it makes her right arm move due to the looping

How do I click on the timeline to add in the next keyframe without making the character move?

Other than not using loop? You can copy the previous keyframe and paste it ahead of where a new keyframe will be so there's nothing to blend.

Oh wow, I feel dumb now lol. In my defense i've been using VAM for less than an hour and a half total. That was it thank you so much!
