Question How do I keep the pose aligned, after loading models?

Noob question. When i load a new model into a good scene, the animation is always fucked. Models are always misaligned. How i can fix this issue?

First off, make sure you keep the scale used in the original person atom. Then try to replace with a similar enough model, the more extreme the difference the more chances of messing it up.
The rest depends a lot on the scene and how it's made. For example, penis alignment is usually the most complained issue, and a plugin like Divining Rod makes it auto aim to right place, very useful when changing appearances.
