Question HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD HUB HOSTED DEPENDENCIES IN VAM?

Old versions of Hub resources you can download via the History tab on the resource page. E.g. Timeline v5.1.1 (which is 247) you can download from here: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/timeline.94/history
Normallly the VaM should be able to find it, though.

I FIXED THAT,THANKS,CUZ MY VAM IS TOO OLD DONT SUPPORT THAT,I UPLOAD MY VAM THEN IT FIXED

Could be from anywhere, but most are probably paid assets from Patreon creators.
The names start with the creator's name, eg: vecterror, and if you're a subscriber of him you would go to his Patreon and download what you're missing.
