VaM 1.x High Poly/Not Blocky Iris?

Any resources or methods out there for rounding out iris. More than often the iris on models are blocky and not a smooth circle. Any ways to change this?
 
Not at all. The Genesis 2 model used comes directly from DAZ and has a very, very, very precise vertex count that must be adhered to exactly. The only method to smooth anything is by using Hunting Succubus Smooth Tesselation, although I'm not entirely convinced it actually smooths the iris.
