If the fucking machine is a single asset, you cannot change the dildo.
Assets are not customisable within VAM (well, to be exact, a few things can be done using plugins but that won't apply here).
The fucking machine displayed in the video is coming from this resource and is made within VAM so you can edit it.
It's not the easiest thing to do for a beginner, but you can a least add it to a scene and change the dildo if you follow the steps.
