Head Audio: Start Microphone Input - Is there a way to do this automatically?

Does anyone know if there is a way to automatically 'Start Microphone Input' for Head Audio? At the moment I have to manually start this.

I was never able to find any trigger for it, I think one was never added to VAM, sadly.
