Hair Pulling

Does anyone know of any method or plugin of any kind that can pull hair? I've seen allot of new amazing plugins lately but I haven't seen anything that can affect the hair? is it not possible? , I see a recent plugin can connect to hair and follow it, but nothing seems to be able to pull it, I think Hair pulling is hot and would be great for animations.
