Ghost Penetrator from Hunting Succubus help

Oh man this is doing my head in.

Download the now free "Ghost Penetrator" plugin from Hunting Succubus, but I can't get it to show in the plugin menu. I have no idea where to put the file, and it's driving me nuts.

Anyone ever use this and could help me to get it working? Used it before on an old install and it work flawlessly, but now on a new install I can't get it to work.

Please can someone help me. Thanks guys.

You add the plugin to a person atom.
