Question Fatal error when installing using VAM Updater.

Hi guys, I am a complete newbie to VAM. I tried installing VAM using the VAM Updater and it keeps giving me Fatal Error.

This didn't happen where it installs halfway and gives me the error (like the ones I've come across in many a thread). Instead it goes like this:

I click on VaM_Updater -- nothing happens for a few minutes -- I get the Fatal Error message.

First, make sure you're not trying to install it in any Windows protected folder, including Desktop. Use something like C:\Vam, or C:\Games\Vam.
Second, make sure your AV/Security software is not blocking the site, or not allowing the updater internet access.
