Can't replicate Fatal Error during update to 1.20.1.5

I get "Fatal Error Occured - Exception...Exception during version sync:System.IO.IOException: A device which does not exist was specified. See whole message below.
It seems to happen as the status bar is scanning cef.pak, if that helps.

I haven't seen this one before, but searching around suggests there might be an issue with your SSD or Hard Drive. If you have another drive, could you try installing on that? Or make a new folder on same drive and try that?

Well, it is an SSD external drive, and I have had some issues with improper/accidental removal causing data corruption. I have a backed up copy of the previous version on the same drive, and that one did update successfully. The SSD is noticeably faster, but it sounds like I need to be careful and keep good backups. Thanks for the SSD flag.
