Hello!

I make BDSM, Femdom scenes. I have a question about violent or extreme content, what is allowed and what is not?

I have read the rules, especially section 9 about content rules.
But the thing is that some things that are written as not allowed in rules are allowed on hub, like urination being prohibited, but there are many scenes and plugins featuring it. Or definition/extent of torture/abuse allowed, like if I make a scene where I restrain a guy and he is being ballbusted, that is pretty good freaking definition of torture! Or what about depiction of a guy struggling for a bit while being smothered?

Just writting "yeah it is consensual, he likes it" feels like cheating, idk.

On the other side I tried searching for blood and that seems to be prohibited and removed, which is of course alright with me. What about, smothering, cutting, beating and stuff like that? That is why I want to ask, my content is as close as it gets to "basically a torture" so I just want to be careful before I do 20 scenes featuring prohibited stuff.

We are going to have to evaluate each piece individually, which is why moderation is such a monumental task and we rely heavily on the community support generated from users making reports about content they find offensive or that might violate our policies.

Scat/Urination is against Hub policy. However, making a plugin that allows a urine stream is not the same as making and publishing a scene of someone being peed on. One is a sexual context, the other is a proof of concept demo or a unity asset or accessory, for you to use on your own time in the privacy of your own space.

Blood, cutting, and torture are prohibited. It's not just Hub policy - our terms are written so that they abide by international standards, because we are an international website. What might be acceptable in one country could get you jailed in another country. Generally speaking, there are some very strict laws in some countries regarding depictions of sexual torture or non-consensual sexual acts.

Some guidelines for you to follow:

1. No blood
2. No cutting
3. No depicting actors as if they are unwilling. No tears, crying, screaming for help, fighting back against their attacker, etc. Absolutely nothing that makes the scene appear non-consensual. Recently, we reviewed a scene that had "mood" buttons for the female characters. "Happy" was one, and "Not enjoying it" was another. We had them remove "Not enjoying it" along with all sound effects, expression morphs, and textures related to "not enjoying it".

If you are familiar with the work of JYY, that is a creator who was banned for their content. There are other creators of BDSM content who are praised and respected by the moderation team, and there are still others who constantly walk the line on what is allowed and have several warnings.

It is very difficult to depict BDSM content in a virtual space while being sure to imply consent. I would urge you that if you decide to take this route, you be prepared for the possibility that your content will be rejected and possibly banned if you go too far.

And just to reiterate in case it wasn't clear - you can never use "But I saw this on the Hub" as a metric for what is and isn't allowed. Again, our moderation team is small and there are tens of thousands of resources. If you see something you feel violates policy (or in this case, if you see something you feel isn't fair because you aren't allowed to do it) please report it.

One last note - the Hub team does not at all want to kink shame anyone who is interested in BDSM. It is a valid kink shared by many, which we respect. We are required to enforce our terms however in order to keep the Hub running and to keep our community members safe who might live in countries where viewing specific types of content might be met with serious consequences.

"Just writing "yeah it is consensual, he likes it" feels like cheating, idk."

It's not cheating if that is the focus of your work. Professional Doms will do everything portrayed in your scenes and more. However it's always very clear with the client where the line is drawn and when that line is crossed. This is where the concept of a "safe word" comes in.

I think it comes down to what is your intention here? If you really want to portray non-consensual domination scenes that include graphic elements that we don't allow. Be my guest, just do not post them here or on your Patreon. We will check and if we see you posting work that doesn't conform to our posting standards we will ban your account on the hub.

If your intention is to post realistic domination scenes that are consensual then build that element into them. VaMStory is a wonderful tool for building narrative scenes with multiple animations. You can build entire scenarios that allow your user to choose at any point what they want to experience, even building in "safe word" options if you wish.

In her response, AshAuryn has made it very clear what our professional stance is for posting Free scenes and advertising your Paid scenes. Unfortunately the kink you want to post is not an easy subject to create within our rule set. You are going to have to put in that extra work to make sure it doesn't get flagged by either our community or by us. With that said, please feel free to reach out to a moderator in a PM conversation. Any of us will be happy to give you feedback and let you know before it goes public if it is approved or not.

Lastly, your recent scenes "Pain Slave X - CBT Leather Major Suffering" Free and Paid, do include screenshots of urination on another person, implied cutting of a penis and piercing of the scrotum with a needle. Fine within your scene but please remove them from the overview page. Consequently I PMed you in a convo with the other mods and temporarily unpublished your resource until it can be addressed.

Thank you,

First of all, I want to thank you for your elaborate responses!

I will just stay away from cutting, blood and such, never interested me that much anyways.

When it comes to urination, I had some positive feedback on scenes containing it and would love continue making scenes featuring it.
Fine within your scene but please remove them from the overview page.
So If I understand it correctly, it is ok to publish scenes containing this harder stuff or urination, but it should Not be anywhere in overview on VamHub like description and pictures? I dont do piss only scenes, so it is not a problem for me to not mention or picture one of six or so acts portrayed in the scene.

This is what I struggle with. I absolutely want to depict consensual domination. I always try to at least mention consent by slave noding and such, especially when restrained. I never do anything like mentioned mood Not Enjoying It, but sometimes it is hard, cause like ballbusting = depiction of pain, thats when I make sure to depict smile or agreement before/after the act.

And just to reiterate in case it wasn't clear - you can never use "But I saw this on the Hub" as a metric for what is and isn't allowed.
Yes, I was thinking, like I saw the urination plug in on hub but urination is prohibited? Now I know why. Of course, it is understandable to have and enforce rules about all this stuff.

Lastly, yes, my last scene is why I made this thread, I was already thinking its kinda harder than my average scene, so I will go back to that post in next few days and edit it so it doesnt break any rules.

Once again, thank you for your responses, I appreciate it!
