VaM 1.x Enable a trigger value when another trigger gets triggered?

Is there any way to enable or dissable a variable action from a trigger once other trigger gets triggered?

Like, I want to enable these two actions once I hit another UI button.

I think what you want is either Trigger the Trigger, or perhaps the Action Grouper.
