No problem, it there for questions and reporting issues!

Unfortunately, the scene you mention is paid content, so I cannot test it on this one. The error you mention however does not sound like from my plugin, but it could be a VaM system error message due to something my plugin does.

Setting it up should be really simple now:

1. Ensure your animations are on 291 version timeline
2. Add the Camride plugin to your person atom
3. Open the plugins UI and select the person atom with the timeline animations
4. Click on "Add CamRide Layer to ..." in the plugin's UI on the left

Could you please send me a screenshot of how your atom list looks like after doing the above steps (click on the arrow symbol)?
Mine looks like this after successfully adding the CamRide plugin and setting it up. It should contain the SubScene and the /CamRide atom inside it (see red marks):

So I did exactly the steps on the demo video you posted including updating the timeline plugin to 291 but no matter how much I click the capture function and then move the player view for keyframing the scene I used doesn't move or play the 5 secs keyframe like your demo scene do.

OK thanks!
The error log items seems unrelated to the Camride plugin.
Please add a screenshot of the timeline animations overview. I am interested in the segment/layer/animation structure of the specific scene you mentioned.
Also try the Camride plugin on another scene please. Does it work there?

(The above screen shots were from LDR scene)
So I tried it on another free timeline base scene by SCAMP "Simple titty job" same thing happened to the other scene. I think I'm doing it wrong because it just won't work so I also made some timeline screenshots of the scamp scene for reference.

Thanks again for your documentation!

It all looks quite in order, the CamRide SubScene, and the CamRide Layer is there (as it should)!

I also tested it with the mentioned scene by SCAMP. I first updated to Timeline version 291 (as you also did), then added the CamRide plugin, and then setup the CamRide Layer for 'Susie' (which worked, in your case too according to the screenshots).

This scene is a very simple, single 2 second looping animation. This is not really suitable for a CamRide. It can be done, but your sequence will repeat each two seconds.
'Autoplay Mode' with the default 5 seconds interval between keyframes will not work, because the animation is only 5 sec long. Either reduce the 'Seconds' slider value to e.g. 1 sec (see screenshot below) or try it with a non looping, longer linear animation!

I hope this helps!

@scout_joe: Btw, just found that timeline version 289 works too. It already has the 'Silent Import From File' functionality already implemented, even though it is only documented for version 291. I will adjust the documentation of Easy CamRide accordingly.

RunRudolf updated Easy CamRide Creator with a new update entry:

Bugfixes & Small Usability Update

  • Bugfix: The CamRide animation layer is not added anymore to second animation layers if repeatedly clicked (repeated ‘Add CamRide Layer’ setups are used to complement newly added animations).
  • Adding additional checks in autoplay mode and in manual timestep skipping mode to not overshoot the clip length and not going backwards beyond the zero. In case of looped animations and reaching the end, there is a warning that loops do not have a keyframe at the end.
  • Slightly expanding...
