I am new to this and would love to bring one of your other models into the scene. Is there any way to do that? I've looked under edit appearance but I cannot find any of your models in their only the default ones

yes you can do that. just keep the models proportions and genitals sizes similar to the originals in the scene.
you can change models in scenes via saving and loading appearance presets. this video might help:
