Question Does a VAM compatible thruster exist?

So we all know there's OSR for people with penises, but what about all the people who want the opposite function xD? Is there any thruster out there that allows for even one(forward and back) actual axis control that could be syncable to anything? I imagine OSR itself is nowhere near powerful enough to act as a thruster, or has anyone been able to modify it to be a thruster?
