Question Custom Looks Content

Does anyone know of anyone that will make a custom character/look for $$$?

I know P00n3y and Spline do, I'm curious if there are others out there that will make custom looks/characters for a fee.

I'm sure there are a lot. Maybe search for looks with the keyword "commission?" I see it fairly often in both paid and free content, so my guess is you could track people down this way.
