Custom Jersey - For TMog

Custom shirt for Tmog. Request was hinted at in the comments section, so I made it. Just a speed-run build and texture, to challenge myself, but it came out well.
(Wasn't sure what the back looked like from the image given, so I slapped the number on it.)
