Question Controllers aren't properly loading

I'm using a quest 3, and I can see the controllers populating as a red and blue semi transparent ball, and I can grab with trigger, but the hand animations aren't loading and there is no collision. Anyone run into this and have a quick fix? Thanks

Dude, that's a setting in your user preferences and main UI. Check the wiki
