Question Collision Trigger velocity filter, does it do anything?

I am trying to setup a VaginaTrigger and filtered on a male person.
I set the velocity filter 50,000 and it is still triggering.
When I invert it it still triggers.

How is this function supposed to work?

I think I figured it out. Both my person atoms were in a SubScene, and this seems to make these triggers act all screwy.
