Clothing item above character

Hi. I'm having a problem making some clothing items and can't seem to find a fix. When I made an attempt at a first item (mask) worked fine NP. When I attempted a hood, it seemed to load in a foot above the characters head. This happened several time. Then (for reasons I don't understand) it started working fine, along with a cape, attached properly to the characters. At first I thought it was scaling, so I hit ctrl+A and applied, along with changing the origin point, but it still seems to be doing it.

Just a note if anyone encounters this problem.

It was due to the model being scaled 900% while attempting to wrap.

Easily fixed.
