Clothing extreme low-poly importing technique - Create cloth with good physics starts from today

High poly cloth are not video game friendly when come to rendering and physics sim,
1 earring could be easily over 20k. For props needs high rigidity like the earrings you might want to consider using low-poly to preserve the rigidity with sim.

What do you use for sim painting?
single layer blender, complex mesh substance painter

May i ask where the smooth iteration is ? Do you mean the 'iteration(eats GPU' in the physics tab?

Hello @SupaRioAmateur ,
thanks for the guide.
I tried your suggested procedure. I created a low and high poly for an earring. For low poly I choose a mesh of 2 overlapping quads(planes). Importing to DAZ the low poly looks as it should but after importing the duf file to VAM the 2 quads are separated and the scale is way reduced. The baked highpoly maps would work well but useless after the imported lp mesh is not in position.
Do you have any suggestions?
For the screenshot I turned off alpha and increased surface offset and thickness to make the 2 planes visible.
