Turn clothing items into pixelation censors

Currently limited and broken for saving/loading and disabling/removing plugin. You will need to Force Reload clothing items.

I notice this plugin does not work as intended when upgrading to rtx card. Seem issue with shader or something. The censor area is not the same as the cloth and it will make the pc will freeze suddenly. Hope there is a fix soon.

I do not have an RTX card to test, does your RTX card enable different options that are now on?

Not sure about different option rtx card enable. When applied shader on the initial dress it will look like this.

Yeah it hard to debug if no rtx card, so no worry about it.
