Can I turn person to a skin?

Hello, I want to make a comic. In the comic I need to turn the character into a skinsuit. I was wondering if there is a way to do it? For example, using morph or something like that.

I have no clue if you could convert a skin to clothing like a Geoshell, but that's where I would start.
