Solved Can I delete clothing and assets inside characters .vars?

Some characters .vars are extremely big. Like 500MB. I'm trying to keep the look, but make it smaller in the disk, can I just delete the unwanted stuff from inside the .vars (clothing and assets) or do I need to do some magic for it to work properly and avoid bugs?

you can delete

what will happen is that you'll get error messages when you'll load a scene or look from the var. it will say that x was not found and the character will be naked or the asset will be missing. you can just save the look again with different clothes and never get errors after that
