Can´t delete files anymore within VAM or stop New atoms being downloaded?

Can´t delete files anymore within VAM with "Launch browser assist" or stop New atoms being downloaded?
Do I need to reinstall VAM. I switched location to an SSD drive and suddenly

Does anyone know what the problem is and have a suggestions?

I can´t do that because it says "You have insufficient privileges to post threads here." So it needs to be her until its possible. Thanks anyway
