Here she is the final release of 2023! And its Calisto from COD MW2!

her body is sculpt from the ground up to be as game accurate as possible, unfortunately the models textures were very low quality and i tried my best upscaling them.

Her hair is an asset and please turn off tongue collision if you encounter any open jaw glitches.
