Save mass values with pose

This will save the masses into VAM's joint controls (chestControl, hipControl etc.), and the masses will then save with the pose and scene, and can be restored without this plugin being present. The saved mass includes the multiplier, so e.g. a chest mass of 10 kg with Mass Multiplier 1.2 will save 12 kg into chestControl.

This button is also a triggerable parameter.

• fixed error on initialization due to male genitals controllers not available yet - parameters for these will now be initialized on demand when loading a male skin
