I noticed body language doesn't work on male characters and was wondering if there were any plugins that were like it. If anything then at least one that allows auto thrusting.

Your best bet is to use a female atom with the AltFuta plugin. Several people here have done this. Just make the female atom look male, and use one of the available AF skin sets. Since anal sex doesn't really work on males, the AF needs to be on the receiving end. Load BL on the AF and the male atom will act like a male atom.
