Question Best way for voice interactions?

Hi, What is the correct way to use voice commands that will prompt a reaction I prepare ahead of time? Not trying to use Ai plugin but just something to read my voice and react accordingly.
I have tried voice commander plugin by AlienAxeMan, but it isn't working for me for some reason, there for I want to ask if maybe theres a better way.
