RAM could influence your framerate if you're out of it ( if your game lacks headroom when running ).
But in most situations, especially starting from 32 and above, it does not make a difference.

In your case, your overall hardware won't give you better result with more RAM to enjoy the Q3.
Your bottleneck here is on the CPU and probably on the GPU too.

SSD and RAM have a bigger impact on the loading times than the pure performances themselves. Sorry.

TY for the response... If you could check back in next few days I will find another on Amazon Australia for under 800 that has more CPU and GPU and post specs on this thread

Not really no. I'm very sorry to say that, but a mini PC without an actual powerful GPU is not gonna cut it for VR. You can't expect to support the strain of a VR headset with a PC that's barely the price of said VR headset.
