Question audio volume question

Presently, to raise or lower the volume for a scene, I have to remove my headset to adjust the volume from my desktop. Is there a way to attach a volume slider to the base UI to control all audio?

if you use SteamVR you have a button for audio there. How do you connect your headset - I assume you mean a VR headset - to use VAM in VR?

Yes I am referring to using my headset in VAM in VR. I was looking for a option to simply adjust the volume while in the scene. SPQRAeternum just posted a script that may address my issue. Going to try it out now.
