why i can"t see the contorlers path in target tabs after version 275 even though i select the ui option?

in order to see paths you need to be in the curve viewer mode seen here:

Is there a complete beginner tutorial that explains everything . I never used VAM i am new to these I wanted to learn. Any suggestions how should i start?

Hey there, I know it's something from so far ago, but im encountering an issue.

So far, using this has been wonderful to make what I need. But in a specific scene, using "split at scrubber position" does work in taking the part I need in the animation, but I got an audio trigger (that gets played based on morph activation) that doesn't get brought in the new animation, it just gets deleted.

Any ideas on how to make it stay?
