Question Appearing Scene Loader Info Popup - Paused, Waiting for Scene Load - is always stuck for ages until it continues - why is that ?

I wonder what is going on in the background that especially this loading part takes mostly up to minute +- at each Look Scene or animated scene load?

It loads stuff quick then suddenly stops showing this screen

, then nothing further happens, as if the app is freezed for around a minute and then it continues loading the rest quick again.

But why does it takes so long to continue during this loading step, even on a High End PC Machine?

For what is it "waiting??"
What is the Scene Loader Dude doing so long alltime ?

I made a Hard Reset and even used a new VAM install which is sure filled again now.
Its same behavior with complex as simple looks /scenes.

- The file dependencies are also complete added.
- Caching is activated also and there is like 1 TB free on that 870 EVO SSD .
Its same on NVME SSD or physical hard drives.

I hope i am not alone with that and i wonder if there is a solution for that, or at least a logic technical reason if it is a normal behavior and i can ignore that.
