Question Any way to save appearances with linked atoms?

So i want to save an appearance with linked spheres, i tried using CUA Manager, but that only works for CUAs not atoms like cubes, cylinders and spheres. is there any way/plugin that can allow me to do this?

Multiple atoms is a scene, so saving as a scene. You can merge load that scene into other scenes.

even when the atoms are just spheres attached to the female atom?

Have a look into SubScenes, since they are superior to merge loading whole scenes.
