any method to create a full body morph including gens?

Hi
Is there a good method to 'sculpt' ( using say Zbrush, Blender, etc ) a full body morph and the gens at the same time? I know they can be done separately, but I'm looking for a method that keeps both the body and gens together during sculpting, then able to be returned to vam.

Any 'pipeline' suggestions?
