Fixed (1.20.1.5) Bug with new scene browser paging

- The scene browser does not keep the last selected page when it is reopened. It saves the last scroll position, but always opens the first page.
- Also, if the page is changed, it scrolls not up to the beginning in that page, but keeps the current scroll offset

I have both of these issues fixed for upcoming 1.20.1.5 release.
