    Yeah you still need to add in lighting for your model, as the lighting in the room is static and doesn't effect models. If you want your model to look like the one in the screenshot you have to use a three point lighting setup.

    That clothing item isn't free, but you can find a similar item on sketchfab, just export the 3d model to unity and then to vam.

    Just something I use to try to clean up dependencies, I wouldn't worry about it.
