    Timeline let's you import the "scene animation" through the "More" tab. ( More... > Convert VAM Native scene anim... ). You can mocap back to back animation on the scene animation, and convert them into timeline.

    The only way to eventually change normals is through the shader (so the material), so no, unless you come up with your own custom shader.

    It's not (true). You can mocap and have as much animations as you want in a Timeline plugin without ever relying on subscenes or merge loads.

    Because the browser is kind of obsolete and the urls you are probably using are not serving html/JS working with the browser (which youtube is probably doing).

    Errors are missing dependencies. And probably not miss placed assets. If you don't know, use the ingame hub to download, it will handle everything itself.

    How would a plugin do something not natively? x'] It's a state like any other, and you could with VAMM2, use the VA system to add your own kissing sounds if you wanted as a group for instance.

    I think Mary is somewhat lightweight (dependencies included). There's also Spaceforce or any Spacedog scene. But they are more scenaristic scenes than "making choices" scenes. You have somewhat a choice in Mary, but it's kind of a one way road and a linear story ;)
