Hi Guest!
Please be aware that we have released another critical security patch for VaM. We strongly recommend updating to version 1.22.0.12 using the VaM_Updater found in your installation folder.
Details about the security patch can be found here.
This is such a great environment I am really impressed. Do you do quotes for commissions? I would love to get this one converted but I can't wrap my head around blender. https://open3dlab.com/project/33654/
If it were a daz map I could probably manage but I am lost with blend. Thanks
It's not clear why you're trying to do this through Daz. Vam uses its own versions of the genital meshes. You can't bring them in from Dazto Vam. You would probably be better off exporting from Vam toBlender and then coming back in through Unity. I think this is how all the other morph...
Hi, thx so much for this.
I have some questions.
1.
My original DAZ Face Textures in the DAZ Texture Folders do not have any Eye Brows as i noticed.
Is there a Step needed for this in DAZ or Blenderto export a Face Skin Map / Face Texture with eyebrows?
2. All MAPS Slots match the GEN 2...
Today and going forward in DAZneyland that is true. :)
That is DAZ's priority.
As written in post above adult/NSFW is something they have shied away from, but renderotica still exists.
And so do Many adult VNs using DAZ.
Where there is a lurking wish (easier animations/skin collisions)...
What you want is possible, but I'm not sure anyone made a tutorial on how to do it yet.
You'll want to learn how to merge a morph (Using "Morphmerger"), and then you'll want to get the VAM toDAZ application (Just search for it on the hub), and take the merged morph and export that out toDAZ...
Have you checked the normals face orientation?
In the viewport overlays in blender, click the box under geometry to show the face orientation. If it is showing as red, go into edit mode, select all and click; Mesh>Normals>Flip and it should all turn blue.
Other than that, you may want to...

I don't know if it's possible to re-position the obj model loaded from vam on daz. (Maybe something I don't know.) I do a pose in vam and then export it as obj. Sculpting in blender and then applying joint correction morphs in daz works well as I intended. However, when I check this in vam...
I think you can edit the mesh geometry in daz's Geometry Editor, but I've never done it.
If you transfer the rig in blender you would need to be certain it is in exactly the same position as the genesis 2 rig in daz. I'm not that clued up on rigging. The rig root will set the model position...
This is an amazing tutorial, thanks for providing it for free to the community! I've been learning about porting into vam, and have made a ton of progress learning blender, R3DS wrap, and daz, but can't for the life of me figure out how people are getting CUA objects like hair to have physics...
Ok... read all my replies they address it pretty good i think, and should help you: (These are all me as well trying to get to the very bottom of your query. SO, you can see each reply a light bulb goes off, i should consolidate this... but meh)
Morph Example 1:daz,blender,vam
It can be seen...
No physics enabled in this , it was getting deformed with many different fonts. will give another try to make better version with earrings and another necklace. hope @VL_13 can help to make it better, i can share my blender file /daz file if anyone knows unity or want to give it a try to make it...
You could do it with a custom morph. Morph the gen 2 male like he is riding a horse, apply it in daz, fit to it and save the scene subset. Then in vam apply the same morph and import the item through the clothing creator and wrap to morphed verts...
Thank you. I think I could check this scene out in Blender, but I can't receive direct payments for the time being (only with Bitcoin wallet or through DeviantArt)
Sorry for reviving this thread, but so far it's the one that has, while not particularly detailed, given me the clearest picture of what's needed for Blender importing.
Correct me if I'm wrong about the following, please?
On a surface level, the step-by-step of this method would look something...
Heya,
I suspect the issue will be with the sculpt tools used, you have to ensure that the models vert count is not changed at all. Any tool that adds or takes away mesh will result in the dreaded Warning: Geometry did not match, failed to load morph
I usually stick to the smooth, flatten...
You can script it from a duf file, to a vam look. I'm not really going to go into details, but learning it yourself will really help. I did it in powershell, json readers etc... i create a model in daz, save a subscene with just the model and genital, then that file is used as the import...
I try to use use CC4 because I got the best results with headshot plugin (photo to 3d).
I managed to import toBlender as obj, then toDaz, then export as morph to Vam but it did not work.
Can you recommend any software like facegen and headshot that works well and easy to import to Vam...
