VaM Apartment Builder is a scene-building companion tool created for Virt-A-Mate creators who want their environments to feel more intentional, polished and alive.
Instead of starting every apartment scene from a blank space, you can quickly generate a layout, shape the rooms, furnish the interior, adjust materials, import your own objects and prepare the result for use in VaM.
This is not just a random room generator. It is meant to be a practical workflow tool for creators who care about presentation, mood and scene quality.
Because let’s be honest — chemistry works better when the room doesn’t look like it was assembled five minutes before the date.
What it does
- Generate apartment layouts and refine them instead of starting from scratch

Why I made it
VaM creators spend a lot of time building atmosphere around the actual scene: rooms, furniture, proportions, object placement, materials, collision setup and all the small details that make a place feel usable.
VaM Apartment Builder is my attempt to make that process faster, cleaner and more enjoyable — without taking control away from the creator.
It gives you a strong starting point, then lets you keep polishing until the apartment feels like a real location, not just a backdrop.
