- FieldOfViewController: Save and restore the field of view slider when used as a session plugin (Thanks @everlaster for the contribution!)

- FieldOfViewController: Allows animating the monitor (desktop) camera using triggers

PlayerHeightController: Ability to animate the player height relative to a given starting point (see @lentil scenes)

- PlayerHeightController: Controls player height
- TimeScaleController: Do not set time scale to one on plugin load, auto reset after set so if something else changes the time scale, it can be set again
