The base with tag is purely decorative, however the sleeve with tag is useful to see the rotation of the device.
I made it so the sleeve can be linked to the receiver (parent atom) so it moves up and down the cock with it, while being able to rotate on itself.
Since there are a lot of metal textures, to be employed in a scene, it either needs assetvamifier

All of these objects are in the same theme/fit really well with Norm's Kukan (to attach the restraints or the milker to something). Simply modify the size to your liking.
