Scenes Suppositories & Thermometers

This update adds a custom plug-in that gives the suppositories dynamic, physics-based behavior, allowing for realistic insertion and interaction. Suppositories now snap into place, can be pushed in deeper, and will fall out if not properly inserted — adding a new level of playful realism to your scenes.

Complete overhaul of the product with improved assets, functionality, and overall polish.
