So, I've come up with the origin story of the Succubae. During the Greek mythology era, Zeus, as he was known to do, came and visited their village. There he came across Persephone, whom he then attempted to seduce. Persephone, having been recently married, resisted and denied his advances, eventually quite forcefully, tell him of her recent marriage and loyalty to her husband. He in turn became more aggressive at which point two other women (Aphrodite being one of them) came to her aid. Zeus, angry at their impudence decides to curse their entire village. He wipes out all the males in the village and curses all the females in the village to need sex to survive (thinking it ironic), thus creating the Succubae. Eventually Persephone, Aphrodite, and other Succubae lead an assault on Mount Olympus and assassinate Zeus in revenge, slaying some other Gods along the way. The other Gods flee into hiding. This gave way to the reputation and occupation of Succubae as assassins. It is also why Death has a vendetta against Succubae, and Death being so frustrated at their potential immortality.

I'm finishing up a music video, then I will work on a narrative re-telling of this above story in a video (like a flashback telling an origin story in a tv show or movie) after that. I think it could be a really cool video. Just hoping there is enough Greek assets out there for VaM to work with on that. :)

In any case, any thoughts?
