About the boots, I cheated a bit and used the Harli Heels to add the heel to the boots, why? because I don't want to use additional plugins.
I added a clothing preset, so it will be easier to apply the necessary adjustments to match the boots and heels, plus I added a preset adjusting the Harli heels in the .Var.
