This particular version is by ScragBoy. They have a great collection of stylised models of popular characters and they're all very nicely designed as you may have seen from other ports. Make sure to check out their link!
The model comes with multiple outfits as showcased in the screenshot. There are also supplementary morphs for the breasts for use with each outfit to add a nice effect. There are separate scenes included with each of these applied for easy preset saving.
