There was an issue with the first release where I forgot to include the preset. I updated it about an hour after I launched it. Is it possible you still have the old version 2? Redownload version 3 if you don't have it. Also make sure to check the Var list on the left and click mastermike8800.BV_SalivaStands.3. That's where the preset is located.
