Head Size fix

Ryan 2.0 sadly had to be put down as he suffered from a severe case of bubble head. Checked out his scene in VR and realized that is head and face was way too big for his body but should look better now in 2.1

Just like with Henry I went and added sliders to modify Ryans body and dick to your preference. I also redid his face a bit as I didn't really like how it looked anymore and I think the new one is more on par with my other looks.
